1. Company Overview Ntwari Pro Cleaners LLC is committed to providing top-quality, reliable, and professional cleaning services. Our goal is to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all clients, while treating both clients and employees with respect and integrity.

2. Employee Conduct

Professionalism: All employees must maintain a professional demeanor at job sites. Uniform: Uniforms or approved company apparel must be worn during work hours. Punctuality: Staff are expected to arrive on time. Habitual tardiness may lead to disciplinary action. Behavior: No smoking, eating, or phone use on clients’ premises unless approved. Confidentiality: All client information must remain confidential.

3. Cleaning Procedures

Standard Operating Procedures: Employees must follow the company’s cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and quality. Chemical Use: Only company-approved cleaning products should be used. Follow all safety guidelines. Equipment: Proper use and maintenance of equipment are mandatory. Report any damages immediately. Damage Reporting: Accidental damage to client property must be reported to management within 1 hour.

4. Safety Procedures

PPE: Gloves, masks, and any required PPE must be used as per job requirements. Lifting: Use proper techniques and ask for assistance when lifting heavy objects.Spills and Hazards: All hazards must be reported and addressed immediately. Training: Employees must attend required safety and procedural training.

5. Client Relations

Respect: Always treat clients and their property with respect. Communication: Any changes to appointments or schedules must go through management. Satisfaction: If a client is dissatisfied, the issue should be reported and resolved within 24 hours.

6. Scheduling and Attendance

Shifts: Employees must confirm their schedule 24 hours in advance. Cancellations: Must provide at least 24 hours’ notice unless it is an emergency. Time Tracking: Accurate clock-in/clock-out times must be maintained.

7. Payments and Invoicing

Client Billing: Clients are invoiced weekly or bi-weekly unless otherwise arranged. Late Fees: A 5% late fee may be applied to invoices overdue by 10 days. Employee Pay: Employees are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.

8. Disciplinary Action

Infractions include: tardiness, no-shows, improper conduct, failure to follow procedures. Process: Verbal warning > Written warning > Suspension/Termination.

9. Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Employees agree not to solicit or perform side work for clients without company approval for 12 months after employment ends.

10. Termination of Service

By Client: Clients must provide 7 days’ notice to terminate recurring services. By Company: Ntwari Pro Cleaners LLC reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, unsafe environments, or inappropriate behavior.
